Job responsibilities:-
- To plan, execute and finalize jobs for the company according to strict deadlines and with budget.
- to coordinate with project team’s effort within avaliable resources to ensure quality delivery of project.
- planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
- supervise site inspection and to resolve site matters with regards to the project, sub-contractors works and progress of works.
- carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation.
- monitor and provide project progress to management.
- attend meetings and liaise with Main contractor, Consultants, architect and client in relation to project.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): able to read and write English, Mandarin proficiently ( to build rapport across the organization and provide advice to mandarin speaking line manager and staff)
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
